I think you should like the buzz-absorbing character and the stiff and sharp but not harsh handling of the Lynskey bikes. And, at 108 kg, there will be no weight limit concerns.

They should have complete bikes for about $3K, perhaps an R230, Cooper, Sportive, or maybe a Cooper CX?
