Pretty sure it's Wellgo. Pedals might be just fine. My only quibble with the Look pedals is that I wear out the cleats super fast (which might have something to do with why I pulled out that one time). The Time cleats last a lot longer for me, plus my iClics came with 2 sets of cleats.
