I just got one....I ride my bike sometimes in remote areas. I fish out of a kayak a good bit, and some of the places I go are not easily accessible.
I just wanted a place to put all my contact info, meds, asthma and allergy alerts, as well as any other pertinent data. I also like the ability to make
changes as they arise. I would recommend one. A friend of mine got hit by a car (car ran a stop sign), was unconscious, had no ID on him. I guess I did it
more for my wife than for myself....But as I said, I would really recommend getting one.
