Hi all,
I just stepped out of the time machine and got a 2013 Trek 1.5.
My other bike was/is a Cannondale 3.0 crit from 1989-90, wow what a difference 22 years makes
I really like the 1.5 (just did 14 miles) but I was wondering if 2.3 with the 200 aluminum frame would be any better for approximately the same amount of money? Or the new Domane for a few shekels more.
I'm not a racer(55 years old and losing weight) I do intend to do a century this fall. My local rides involve hills ( Prospect park Brooklyn, and upstate NY).
Any suggestions for Trek bikes would be appreciated. I'm funding this with theTrek card so I need to stay in the family.
