Bikes: 2011 Fuji Roubaix 1.0, 2003 Ti Merlin Solis, & 1994 Raleigh MT200

Regrease the hubs and headset. Lube the chain.

Take out the quill stem (if applicable), and put a layer of grease on it. Pull the pedals and grease the threads.
