Only thing I'm looking at is the length of the seat post! My first impression is that the frame's too small for you. Have you had a fitting? Everything else is negotiotable but frame size can really impact your peak performance. A longer stem and bar ends can offset a too-short top tube, but the correct size frame is a better starting point. Off-road a smaller frame can work, but if thats not where you're driving - its not a plus.
