Just talk with CC or who ever you bought the frame from, BMC will replace it for sure. The issue that i see is that maybe they dont have frames, at this time they are working in next year production and obviously they can't produce frames for more than a few months. Probably they are trying to find you one, who knows. For example people that got the road racer black and red was because BMC had to take bikes appart to use those frames for warranties. SO if they dont have any then you are going to have to wait.
