They are no longer made, as the market isn't there any more, they are rim brake rims, and there is very limited demand for them now, as everything is disc.

For the thinest, if you can get them you should be able to go down to a 1.3 slick; Verdestein S-licks @ 1.3 were about the narrowest fast tires made, but have been discontinued for about as long as your rim , whatever you look at this won't be a road tire, as you need to be looking at 700c rims for these, for the largest, that would depend on that the frame can take.
