My comment regarding the seatpost is that the maximum height extension doesn't look much different from the seat tube length which I'm guessing would put the frame size at somewhere around 15" and definately no more tgan 17". Thats an XS to S by NA standards. There aren't lots of adult males in North America that would ride that size. Unless the OP is less than 5'6", IMO thats a lot less than optimal for city driving and only marginally acceptable for off-road. I have to test ride a lot of customer's bikes. Being physically able to pedal something definitely isn't the same having an optimal fit.

Anyway that was my own impression based on the photo - your's was obviously different.
