Feel intimidated? Not exactly - have been harassed. There is a portion of any group that sucks...and no matter what you are, someone else won't like you, or will use you as a target of anger. I think we all know about some of the things that have been done to oppress and terrorize others in this country. I'm sure it does happen - and I'm sure it's a lot worse than what I've gotten in some areas. Race and class anger aren't anything new and neither is scape goating.
That doesn't make me any more warm and fuzzy about it when a car "fool" of idiot kids pulls up and throws something at me, or uses their car as a weapon.

A mere lone bicycle against an automobile filled with misguided adolescents. It would be difficult to imagine someone completely undaunted by this scenario. Especially, if we feel that we are being targeted out of racial resentment.
At any rate, we should remain ever so mindful of the fact that the only constant that we can be certain of is change. Often times, just when we feel that we've truly identified our true adversaries, an unexpected one springs from within the closest of our own internal realm and a confederate defects from what we once perceived as the "other side", in complete deference to what we cherish the most...Respect... Progress... Order.....and.....Tranquility!
