Grant, you should be overseeing the guys building your frames, not hanging around in here arguing.

Back on topic:

Heck, I like a kickstand. I have a hybrid that I use for pleasure rides, commutes and the occasional grocery run on. I'm no racer, nor will I ever be one. It's nice to find a park bench and not have to find something to lean the bike against or lay the bike down.
