The bike in your OP is absolutely not titanium. It is carbon tubes bonded (glued) together with aluminum for the rest. When you're looking, if someone says they have a titanium framed bike for $350 either they are lying or they don't know what they have.

IMO, $350 is actually not a bad price for that bike. It looks to be in good condition and with a nice group on it. I'd pay that if I had a desire to get such a bike.
