Today I had an awesome park adventure with some friends and their adorable 3-year-old. His name is Jack and he is so talkative and sweet and charming. Pretty well behaved too. There were baby ducklings in the pond and they were so cute.
Then we went to a BBQ place and I had a 1/2 slab of ribs and custard-filled cornbread and I am So Full. Nap time?

Today I'm enjoying the weather by running a ton of errands on my bike. It's so nice out...
25 miles into my Strava'ed ride full of sprints, with an 18mph average speed, I dropped my phone hard enough to shut it down and lost the ride. Damn. Also, I just got this phone Tuesday and I already scratched the **** out of it.
