What bikes rate you looking at?
What is your intention for getting a road bike? Fitness, racing, recreation?
Bike rate? not sure what that means but i want to race(tour de france style) / rec ride with clubs and such on long rides with speed ive been looking at a cannondale synapse stock and specilized Allez stock as well as a trek 1500 stock as for the size i went to a bike shop and they said 54-56 the 54 would be best but since im still growing 55 would be best but 56 would work
