Here's a photo of the real deal: Campagnolo Pista quick release levers. Not marked "Locked", not bent ham-fistedly by some home mechanic - the real deal. Oh, and guess what? In Catalog #15 there is only a drawing of them complete - there is no part number assigned in any exploded-view drawings of the various skewers depicted in the catalog.
