I bought one of these for my brother, who had had prostate removal. He never rode it, so I took it back and evaluated it. I didn't find the quality to be anything special. But more importantly, I found that by removing the saddle's "nose" I could no longer use it for balance or steering (which are important inputs to the handling of a bike).

I sold the saddle on eBay, though, which was nice.

To the OP, what kind of bike do you ride, how do you intend to ride it, and what adjustments have you made to your saddle so far to make it more comfortable for you? More info is needed to diagnose your issue.

A photo of the actual bike would help a lot. PG
