Does it snap off easily? I am looking for one I can use in the poring down rain. I install my take a look mirror on my glasses but when it rains I need to take the glasses off and then I lose my mirror. Looking for something that will easily snap onto my helmet on those occasions.

(This was a question about the EVT mirror.) There is a ball and socket joint holding the mirror and flex arm to the mount base. It pops off fairly easily if you twist it far enough. It has never popped off when I didn't want it to.
The only time I had mine come off was when I was affixing it to my helmet and I flexed it a little too far. From the amount of force that required I can't imagine it coming off in anything less than a crash. Great mirror, love how big it is and can't imagine riding without it now.
