Soapy water and high pressure. I usually use Windex or some other cleaner and take the air pressure up to 150 to 160 psi. Also, make sure the rim strip has not moved to prevent the bead to seat in the hook.
Wear some earplugs if you try this technique. Your hearing could be damaged by the resulting blowout.
