I'd double check what exactly lifetime free tune-ups on that Fuji really means. Adjustments I can see, but tune-ups? A good chunk of the LBS profit pie comes from service/repair work.

OTOH, it's probably limited to the original owner and non-transferrable, so they probably don't actually have too many people taking them up on it after a couple of years...
