I've seen how some folks ride their bikes (at least in vancity) it seems we have a lot of "f**k the law" (that or they really just haven't a clue how to ride on the road) mentality which scared the crap out of me frankly as a driver as we all know the driver is always 100% at fault (or so ICBC says).
