I typically do 6-7 swims a week, 6 runs, and 3 rides. All the swims are fairly intense, 1 run is long and easy, 1 run is short and hard, 1 bike ride is long and easy, and 1 is short and hard.
Keeps me on the podium at pretty much everything.
