Help-need new chain rings

Just got my Gary Fisher Marlin a month ago and now the middle and big chain rings are bent. Apparently I laid it down somewhere, but I have no clue what crash it could have happened on. Instead of just sticking with the stock replacement, I'm looking to upgrade for obvious reasons. I mainly ride rocky trails and jump small logs. I don't need a full on DH set up. Just something a bit more durable than the stock Shimano rings at a reasonable price. Probably at the high end of mid-grade or low end of high-grade.

The shop quoted me 25 and 30 bucks for each ring. I forget the model, but he said it was mid-grade. The next step up was $90 for CNC machined Race Face. I found this on the web. Would it be prudent to just do all 3 at the same time?

Thanks.
