Race result nearly as expected but if you watch the re-run or recording-Look at Cancelarra after the race. Reckon that is more than bruising on the shoulder so he might be out for some time.

If you follow the Pro racing you will see that many of the riders are on the bikes they use with their race teams. Except it is a bit difficult to categorically say that as many of the bikes are not in their team colours and many are completely unmarked. There is an Olympic rule in that no advertising is allowed except from sponsors of the Olympics. And as "Adidas" does not make bikes- then special frames were issued with no makers name or just a few markings on them that cannot be called advertising. But did see several Orange Specialised bikes and a few Giants on the course.

There were a few exceptions to that rule but did not see many Trek's on the course--Except Cancelarra and he had a Trek Logo'ed bike.
