You look cramped and awkward. A big part of that is your "upright position." In this case that can be defined as huge saddle-to-bar-drop and a much too short stem. This is not how it's done.
Proper upright position would be a bigger frame with the subsequent taller headtube, longer stem and less drop. At the bare minimum you'd want to move the bars up several centimeters as well as out.
But I repeat myself. Now that you've been validated by someone who has "some sort of fitting certification"; I have no more help to offer you, have fun.
