want mudguards? mount mudguards.
don't like cantilevers? don't mount cantilevers.
disc brakes on a touring bike? really?

It looks to be bloated and unnecessarily overweight. The lack of mudguards is also idiotic. In the description, they say that the frame was designed to allow mudguard fitting, but they have not been fitted. I also don't understand why they would braze on the gear cable stops on the down tube instead of doing what everybody else now does: have them cast into the headlug. Had they cast them in the headlug, you would not have to worry about rubbing of the housing which invariably leads to damage to the paint. You would also not be exposing the down tube to unneeded heat. I suppose they will say that this is due to the use of cantilever brakes, which in turn begs the question, why use cantilevers? There are so many types of brakes today that make more sense cantilevers, especially when you look at the headset with its large number of spacers. Given that it was a prototype/one-of-a-kind I would have gone with disc brakes.

It is a thumbs down from me.

Since the original post seems to be a marketing pitch, I take it that the OP either is from the Gios family or is close to them. I will therefore also share my opinion in Italian so that Aldo and Marco will be able to easily understand it.
