The frame is a nice color and desirable size, but I am still afraid the sale of the frame won't do much to defray the costs of the build.
Then again, if you are a fan of classic cottered cranks, leather saddles and Mafac centerpulls, then you could have a lovely French ride for not a lot of money.
Thank you auchen, I don't know why I cannot walk away from this bike. I am afraid I will fall in love with it and it will be a part of my personal stable and I cannot afford that. I have a PX-10 frame 1968 that I could transfer the peaces to and sell the frame. What would a UO-8 frame sell for? It may not be worth blowing up an in tact bike. I will either work it out or I can walk away from the UO-8 all together.
