I broke 3 blades in 2 years. Sent back to Look and replaced under warranty all 3 times. Look wanted both pedals back to inspect them (or so I was told). Took about a month before I got them back, but that's the benefit of buying from my LBS: they gave me loaner Keo blade Ti pedals to use while mine were gone. I've now gone back to Keo 2 Max Carbon on all my bikes. It's a hassle to break those blades and can ruin a ride or race. My newly repaired blades are sitting in my workbench to use as spares, but I don't think I'll ever need them because the other keos never break.
