just a figure of speech! lol! a lot of people post that these tires have high rolling resistance & slow you down like your pedaling up a hill or something, but i can't feel anything. the bike goes like hell & coasts fine with no apparant drag of any kind. i used bottle dynamos for years, so maybe i'm just used to some drag. or i never really used good tires on the bike just debt. store tires...
