Chris King doesn't make a Campag freehub for their Classic/ISO range of hubs. The new R45 road hubs have a campag option, but do not come in 135mm. However, if they use the standard Classic/ISO non-drive locking cap, you could just get a 135mm conversion cap as a small part.
Mavic and DT Swiss (190/240/340/350) Star Ratchet hubs will also be compatible with a Campag freehub body, regardless of spacing.
It's worth asking them, but there are cassette options available. Miche and BBB come to mind for Shimano-spline, Campag-spaced cassettes.
