Just started so no after pic. Just a current pic taken two days ago when i bought me and my wife our new bikes.
I'm 31, 5'9" and 242 Lbs. Doctor told me and my wife that if we didn't lose weight that we would be more at risk for a number of deceases. So we listen to him. I looked at a number of different things but cycling just seemed like the most fun and something that I would do. Thats the most important thing that we keep doing it. So here I am.
