Windsor International (sorry but no "before" photos)
In my haste, I began work on the bike before taking "before" pictures.

I made several improvements over the original. I replaced the stem shifters with downtube shifters. Also, I replaced the safety levers with hooded brake levers. Overall, I'm very pleased with the results.
