if you ever get a chance to go for a ride with Jim and Sharon, JUST DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed. They are the most gracious hosts anyone would want to meet.
Aw, shucks, thank you for the wonderful words. Believe me, it was our pleasure. (Dallas and Rachel smile a lot, folks.) It was a terrific day, ridden at a good clip but not competitively so, and great fun! Dallas kept saying they had to work to keep up with us, but I didn't see any problem. Every time I checked my mirror he was right on our tail, bright headlight and all! We gotta' do Tandemonium again!
Thanks for the nice comments about the bike too. It was a fun but huge project, and thanks go to a number of BF members. I had no idea when we started that it would work out as well as it did. After about 1800 miles it has proven itself a very capable, robust, and comfortable machine. Go Peugeot!
