Those days of no rider left behind are alive and well here in the Philadelphia Area. I routinely see rider with BCP jerseys (Bicycle Club of Philadelphia) circling back to make sure no riders are left behind. Are there rides where this isn't the case? Sure, but there were those kind of rides back when League of American Bicyclists was the League of American Wheelmen. Perhaps you just haven't found the right club or group to ride with?
