Well, QR's were good enough for Fausto Coppi's track bike so I'm sure is good enough for everyone.

The only bugger I see with QR's is that you have to do 3 things at once : tighten the wheel, center the wheel and the most critical adjusting the chain tension.

While with bolts you can do things separately and with minor loosening and re-tighten either side alternatively you can microadjust whatever you need giving you opportunity to have perfect chain tension and perfect wheel centering.
