I could be on crack, but in your pics, it looks like there's still one more spacer you could move up. The large spacer could go up top while one or both (or none) of the smaller ones could go below the stem. Definitely, bring those aero bars down, man.
Along with moving the seat forward, you will want to move it higher a tad. This will prevent your knees hitting your torso and improves your power transfer. Be sure to mark your changes so you can switch back to normal geometry.
