It is a triple chainring up front? Are the shifters on the bar-ends? Assuming that the tires are worn, and the answer to these two questions is yes, $150 is a good price.

If it's a double chainring and the shifters are on the downtube, again assuming worn tires that need replacing, then $150 would be an upper limit.

I guess the last but most important question is whether you know if the bike fits you properly... If the fit is wrong, the price must come down by at least $50, because you'll be selling it again.
