I am being flown into Newberg, Oregon for work. I can either go in early November, or I can go in March or April. Looking at the weather.com temp averages makes me think that I should wait until April when it is warmer and dryer. Any suggestions? Also, any suggestons on things to do and bike rides would be greatly appreciated. I don't mind driving 45min or so to start my ride. Thanks.
