Check your LBS for a mount that will bolt to the handlebars, then you add a normal water bottle cage to the mount. My wife's 13 inch frames only come with one frame mount for a water bottle cage so I got the older style, handlebar mount water bottle cage but it's a bit of PIA to mount tight. If I'd have known there was a handlebar mount you can add a standard water bottle cage to, I would have bought it instead. FYI.
I saw that at target for $7 with a cage. But that mught break my "no more money on this bike Rule". Or I could rationalize that away by saying I will put on the next bike
