Walking the dog with the wife is nice but it is not serious exercise.
A) I don't care how aero it is, I won't ride one.

B) 'Serious exercise'? It makes me feel good, and study after study shows that walking a few miles delivers most of the health benefits of harder exercise anyway. I can assure you that if you simply amp up the pace and go 3-4+ miles, a walk can be reasonably serious exercise, particularly if it's hilly.
