That's how they roll. Deny coverage, they figure 5-10% of the covered patients won't even fight it. Helps their bottom line of course.
Hey man, best healthcare in the world. Not for nothing, but I feel fortunate that I even HAVE coverage so I have a health insurance company to argue with in the first place. Not everybody is so fortunate.
