You may want to get those pump straps off the tubing, decal. It will mess up, chew the paint/decal over time. If you must, put some surgical tubing under the straps to save the surface.
Got it. I was a little concerned also so have some soft rubber under the cloth velcro strap. I'll go back to hanging it off the top bar. I wish the decal was perfect, but lots of use and a careless LBS mashed it on their bike stand clamp.
