This is a good point. I like a lot of reflective material, but the strength of being seen at night is something that draws attention. So although I use a lot of reflective materials, I think my herd of NiteRiders and bright blinkies are what keeps me safer after dark and in the early morning. Here's the Rig, my commuter:
I can't agree with the OP's title, "Reflectors are Better than Lights". Reflectors are great and increase safety, but lighting is more important. Ride Free!
