I have a steel MTB frame made by Schwinn from the early 90's. It was gonna be last winter's project but got postponed to this coming winter. I was planning on adding bullhorn bars or maybe drop bars as well as road slicks for commuting.

But since I've been riding my Bianchi SS a lot lately, I've been feeing the SS/FG bug biting. Has anyone done something like this to an old MTB frame? Will I have a problem finding a wheel set in 26" that can be used for SS/FG?

Any help is appreciated and if anyone has picks of a MTB build I would love to see it!
