My suggestion is to not take advice from strangers on the internet looking at only two static pictures of you on a bike from the side.

Maybe your knees are flaring out to the side when pedaling but nobody can see that from those photos. Maybe the reach is fine if you're crushing fools on the 25 mile lunch ride, but maybe not as comfortable for the 400 kilometer brevet? Maybe you have back, leg, arm, or neck problems that preclude certain types of bike fit. My point is that it's probably better to get a dynamic fit with somebody knowledgeable local to you who knows what your rides and riding goals are. If it's not that important to you to spend the coin on or you are financially strapped, read as much on the different fit theories online and in the library as you can and experiment on yourself.
