I'm going to come across as a total a-hole, but I don't change pads, I change bikes. I have a bike for carbon wheels and a bike for aluminum wheels. It takes me a lot of effort and trial and error to keep those carbon wheels from squealing like a banshee.

I'll be doing that this fall...I was getting tired of swapping pads on both my bike and my wife's bike before races...Plus the trip to Catskills where I forgot the friggin pads and had to scramble finding some sets...
