Saturday-35 miles along Shades Mountain just south of Birmingham. Most of the ride is right on the cliff providing a great view.
Sunday-did an all out 22 miler with around 1500 feet of climbing. It was low humidity and low to mid 80's both day. It is amazing how much fresher I feel with this compared to 100 heat index.
