According to the link you provided, it was pending approval from German regulators. However, according to this from Accel's own site, it appears to have been a done deal. But then again, Raleigh isn't listed among their portfolio listings...

If they really valued the Raleigh brand and if they actually now own the company, you'd think that they would've updated their brand directory to reflect that by now.
