If you are still in need of shims, would look at a hobbyshop carrying RC cars, as they use ultra thin shims, which would work.
Hubs are Cycle Monkey, Brakes are Formula ORO, frame is a Focus Black Rider, IS mount. Brakes are brand new. Movement seems symmetrical to the eye after shimming - but rotor didn't line up in the middle of the gap w/o the shim.

I'll try a RC shop, thanks.
