My 930. I'm still working on it. Getting a lot of good ideas on this thread. I've re-installed oem fork (removed suse fork), replaced headset, replaced cassette 11-28, installed new shift and brake cables, installed road tires Specialized Nimbus Sport 26x1.5. Fenders and a rear rack will be next.
