I ride a steel frame with 57x57 top and seat tubes (both center to center). The top tube is a bit too long for me (even with a 90 mm stem, I think I might have relatively short hands and torso) and there is just a handful of seat post showing. I was offered a good deal on a nice steel frame (yes, I like steel) with 55.5 top tube and 54 seat tube? Would it fit me? Should I be bothered with slightly too short seat tube or would this be a no issue. Can't really test it as it is just a frameset. Thanks!
